How to Increase Google AdSense Earnings

Increasing AdSense revenue is one of the important issues many bloggers face. For many, AdSense is their main source of revenue, and so a 10% increase in AdSense earnings is a huge boost to their over all income.
To increase your AdSense income you need to look at 4 elements:

Ad placement

1. Keywords

AdSense serves ads based on the content of your site. So if your site is about personal finance, AdSense will serve ads personal finance related ads.
And since AdSense pays different amount for different keywords, it would make sense to research and find high paying keywords in your niche and incorporate them within your content.

2. Content

This time we are not talking about content as in keywords and terms you use, rather the quality of your content. To keep visitors coming back for more to your site (thus increasing the number of clicks and impression on your ads), you need content that is useful and informative to the audience. Try to add as much quality content as you can to your site, as often as you can.

3. Ad placement

Where you place your AdSense block plays a huge role in how much money you make from AdSense. For example; it is known that ads placed in the middle of page perform much better than ads placed elsewhere on the page.
That said, since every website is different, the only way to find out the best performing ad spot is to test and test some more. Experiment with different spots, as well as different ad blocks until you find the winning combination.

4. Traffic

You can have the best content on earth, you can have the highest paying keywords in them, and you can place the best looking ad block in the best spot possible on your site, without traffic you will not earn a dime. Traffic is everything when it comes to AdSense income and in fact any other online money making system.

As always, targeted traffic is what you need. It is especially true when it comes to AdSense sites. Having targeted traffic means people will be more likely to click on your ads since they are specifically looking for information that ads displayed on your site ware promising to reveal.

Working on each of these individual areas will increase your Google AdSense earnings, but it may take you a while to master all four. But when you do, you will be rewarded with an increased AdSense earnings
